Delivery Conditions

Key information regarding deliveries and self-collection. Please read the following before placing an order.

I. DELIVERIES

1. 1. The delivery cost depends on the type of goods purchased, the total weight, and the dimensions of the order.
   2. Approximate cost of domestic transport
      • one full pallet of PV modules: 350 - 450 PLN net - depends on the weight and size of the modules
      • shipment below 30 kg: 50 PLN net
      • shipment above 30 kg: 290 PLN net
      • incomplete pallets are subject to an additional fee of 100 PLN net
        In incomplete pallets, the risk of damage to the goods is much higher, which results in the need for more work to properly prepare them for transport.
   3. Deliveries are mostly carried out by companies:
      • DPD
      • DHL
      • JASFBG
      • RABEN
      • SCHENKER
      • GLS
      • UPS
   4. In the event of a change to a previously prepared order, an additional fee may be charged.
   5. The standard delivery time, within the country, carried out by courier companies is from 24h to 72h from the date of dispatch (after payment of the proforma invoice).
      Panpower sp. z o.o. is not responsible for late delivery of the shipment due to the fault of the courier company.
   6. The delivery date may be postponed by a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of payment of the order. In the event of a longer stay of the goods in the warehouse, we reserve the right to charge additional storage costs.
   7. After receiving the delivered goods, please carry out a thorough inspection, visual assessment, and sign the document confirming receipt. Taking this step means acceptance of the goods in a condition consistent with the order, without visible defects or external damage. In the event of any other comments or suggestions, please send them via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. In a situation where the goods are not checked on site, and a defect subject to warranty is revealed after the courier has left, the costs of the return shipment will not be covered by Panpower.

II. SELF-COLLECTION

1. 1. Self-collections are mainly carried out from warehouses:
      • Panattoni Park in Wrocław
        ul. Rakietowa 37, 54-615 Wrocław
      • Warehouse in Łódź
        Gospodarz 51a, 95-030 Rzgów
   2. Collection of the purchased goods is possible 24 hours after the payment has been credited. During this time, the store will prepare, check and properly secure the goods to ensure their quality and completeness.
   3. When placing an order with self-collection, it is necessary to notify the driver.
      Notification requires providing the driver's name and surname and the vehicle registration number in the indicated place in the order form.
      Before arriving at the destination, please make a telephone notification.
   4. In the event of a change to a previously prepared order, an additional fee may be charged.
