Based on Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”), we inform you that:

2. Data Collection

The administrator processes personal data of natural persons (clients who are entrepreneurs and internet users visiting and using the platform provided by the Administrator).

We only process ordinary data: first name, last name, phone number, email address, login and password established by the Client in connection with registration on the platform provided by the Administrator, address, delivery address, vehicle registration number, Client's NIP, as well as IT data in the form of cookies.

We may also obtain your data in other ways: by phone, email, through social media, our Facebook fan page, and LinkedIn profile.
When you contact us to perform various actions or obtain information via the website, phone, or email, we will again require you to provide your personal data to confirm your identity and enable us to contact you back. This applies to the same personal data you previously provided. However, it may happen that due to the specifics of your request or inquiry, we will need to collect additional data from you. Providing the aforementioned data is not mandatory, but it is necessary to perform the actions or obtain the information you are interested in. The above-mentioned data will be processed to fulfill the actions you requested or to provide you with the information you requested – depending on which situation applies.

The purpose of data processing is to respond to inquiries made by the Client, particularly regarding the products or services offered. Data processing also serves to prepare an individual offer or contract – at the Client's request.
The purpose of processing data collected during the Client's account registration is to maintain the Client's account, ensure its functionality, and provide access to

order and complaint history.
Data provided by the Client in connection with the request to conclude a contract is processed for the purpose of taking actions leading to the conclusion of a contract with Panpower sp. z o.o. based in Tarnowskie Góry and for the purpose of executing this contract. The data

is also processed to the extent necessary to recognize complaints and to provide instructions and assistance during the use of the goods offered by

the Administrator.

Cookies are collected to tailor the content of the website to the Client's preferences and to optimize the use of these pages. Cookies are also collected to create statistics that help understand how internet users use websites and thus improve their content. Cookies also allow maintaining the Client's session after logging into the Client's account, so there is no need to re-enter the login and password when opening a subpage of the service.
