Delivery Conditions

Main information regarding deliveries and self-pickups. Before placing an order, please familiarize yourself with the content below.

 

I. DELIVERIES

 

1. The cost of delivery depends on the type of purchased goods, total weight, and dimensions of the order.


a. Approximate cost of domestic transport

  • one full pallet of PV modules
    350 - 450 PLN net- dependent on the weight and size of the modules

 

  • shipment below 30 kg
    50 PLN net

 

  • shipment above 30 kg
    290 PLN net

 

  • incomplete pallets are subject to an additional fee of 100 PLN net
    In incomplete pallets, the risk of damage to the goods is significantly higher, resulting in the need for greater effort to properly prepare them for transport.

 

2. Deliveries are mostly carried out by companies:


* DPD - link to track the shipment -
* DHL - link to track the shipment -
* JASFBG - link to track the shipment -
* RABEN - link to track the shipment -
* SCHENKER - link to track the shipment -
* GLS - link to track the shipment -
* UPS - link to track the shipment -





3. In case of changes to a previously prepared order, an additional fee may be charged.

 

4. The standard delivery time within the country, carried out by courier companies, is from 24h to 72h from the day of shipment (after payment of the proforma).
Panpower sp. z o.o. is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the courier company.

 

5. The execution time may be extended by a maximum of 7 calendar days from the day of payment for the order. In case of a longer stay of goods in the warehouse, we reserve the right to charge additional storage costs.

 

6. Upon receiving the delivered goods, we kindly ask you to conduct a thorough inspection, visual assessment, and sign the document confirming receipt. Completing this step means acceptance of the goods in a condition consistent with the order, without visible defects or external damage. In case of any other comments or suggestions, please send them via email within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. If the goods are not checked on-site, and a defect subject to warranty is revealed after the courier has left, the costs of return shipping will not be covered by Panpower.

II. SELF-PICKUP

 

1. Self-pickups are mainly carried out from warehouses:

 

  1. Panattoni Park in Wrocław
    Rakietowa Street 37, 54-615 Wrocław

 

  1. Warehouse in Łódź
    Gospodarz 51a, 95-030 Rzgów

 

2. The pickup of purchased goods is possible 24 hours after the payment is credited.
During this time, the store will prepare, check, and properly secure the goods to ensure their quality and completeness.

 

3. When placing an order with self-pickup, it is necessary to make notification to the driver.
Notification requires providing the driver's name and the vehicle registration number in the specified place in the order form.
Before arriving at the destination, please make a phone notification.

 

4. In case of changes to a previously prepared order, an additional fee may be charged.

 

5. The pickup date can be postponed by a maximum of 7 calendar days from the day of payment for the order. In case of a longer stay of goods in the warehouse, we reserve the right to charge additional storage costs.
